I would have given a zero rating if that had been an option. I have been purchasing coffee beans for my business and calling in orders for more than 25 years. During that time, I have always appreciated the quality of Brady's products and the convenience of your service. Unfortunately, I was recently informed of a new policy requiring a minimum order of three drinks for call-in orders. This policy makes little sense from a customer perspective, especially when there are various drink sizes available in between. It feels unnecessarily restrictive and does not appear to consider the needs of long-time customers. Equally disappointing has been the attitude and lack of customer-focused service displayed by some of the newer and younger staff members and seems to have new ownership. The business I have supported for decades was once known for its welcoming atmosphere and commitment to customers. Sadly, that no longer seems to be the case! It is frustrating to see a company risk alienating loyal customers through policies and service practices that appear disconnected from customer needs. Definitely they type of place you go to study or get some work done. The coffee was good i just made the mistake of asking for the lavender syrup which is usually a hit or miss with some places. Mother mary portraits are everywhere but honestly they did it in such a way it feels like cozy decor. Also they have gluten free bars on the counter! So you wont be left out from a sweet treat

Brady's is a small locally owned coffee shop. It has seating inside and outside. As soon as you walk in the cafe the aroma of freshly ground coffee fills the room. It is heavenly. I got the Cinnamon Dolche Latte. It was so good! They had muffins and other breakfast pastries. They also have fresh coffee beans that can be ground and taken home. If you stay there to drink your coffee, it is served in a cup with saucer and spoon. They have to go cups as well. The workers were friendly and the coffee was fresh. People of all ages were in and out. It's a great place to go if youre in Tyler. I will be back.

I LOVE brady’s so much! The staff is wonderful and their coffee is the best I have ever had! I haven’t gotten anything here that I don’t like! I love the atmosphere; it reminds me of Luke’s diner from Gilmore Girls. if you’re near by, you have to stop; & if you’re far away, it’s worth the drive!

Great coffee, great people, great prices!!! This place has a lovely atmosphere; the staff is incredible! The coffee is heaven; you can't go wrong with anything here! They are very nice and helpful if you aren't sure what to get. This shop has been here 20+ years, and their experience shows. The Celtic Cappuccino is to die for!
